Here we go.
Time for a new picture.
Can you name the brand?
Residence Inn perhaps.
Well, good morning bejacob! We know this is one or the other a Residence Inn or a TownePlace Suite.... On not so close inspection, I am going to take the other side from msannmcd, and say TownePlace Suites. Why? You already did a Residnce Inn and I don’t think you are ready to repeat. That’s all the analysis I have on this humid Monday morning.
Upon further review, I do believe nationwide is right! Looks like the one I stayed in up in Portland Maine. Ding ding!
I vote Towneplace
Not certain if TP has a dishwasher, choosing RI.
At first glance I was thinking ResInn or TownePlace. I was also thinking similarly to nationwide that you’ve done a ResInn so this likely wouldn’t be a repeat so soon, unless you’re trying to trick us. However, there’s an orange sticker on the microwave (more a TP color) and the table seats 4, whereas RI usually seats 2 (?) and has some condiments on the table like sugar plus coffee.
TownePlace is my final answer!
Having been on a bit of a hiatus, I will join the masses and go with TPS. Just doesn't have a RI feel to me.
Residence Inn - have stayed at several with tables seating 4.
That is definitely TownePlace Suites carpeting. I don't think I'll try to guess which one this week.
OK, yes I think it is a town as well.
johnboy17, I agree with you... take a look at this link to the TownePlace Suites in Bangor, ME.

Ha ha! That's the one I stayed at. Too funny. Portland. Bangor. Close enough!
Again no clue, so I’m looking for inspiration to shamelessly plagiarise, although I will have access to genuine insider info on Friday, so I’m expecting another winning week for me!
I am tryiing to decide what size bed is shown. That is the real factor. I do not think TPS have king beds only queen or a double. I have stayed in RIs with 4 person seating. I initially thought RI but now I say TPS not because others said it first but because I have not seen a RI with a kitchen separated by the wall area. But then again I always get a one or two bedroom suite at RI so the configuration is slightly different. Sticking with Town Place Suites
You should refer all bed size questions to yogib, he's the MRI resident bed size expert from now on... acording to what Marriott told him there's a new mystery size bed.... bahahaha!
Sorry yogib I couldn't resist I feel your pain !
The front desk will tell you what bed type it is and that Marriott has accredited and certified it. Anything else will be labelled as "fake news."
I think I'm seeing the trend here...
Not much time left to get those guesses in for this week. I will post the answer late in the day on Friday.
Great idea there, late on Friday...
I’m onto a winner here!
No plagiarism necessary, I’ve done it all by myself
So its Townplace Suites and looks very much like Texas out the window!
Come on bejacob, hurry up. It’ll soon be tomorrow. Honestly anyone would think you’d spent the afternoon at the DisneyWorld Polynesian resort with me
Uh, oh! That might of happened. Along with the evening at Trader Sams Tiki Terrace drinking your way through a giant Uh-Oh cocktail. It was gooood!
Sorry for the lateness of the answer this week. You may have noticed that I was being detained by an English chap wearing a Union Jack waistcoat. On the plus side, he did buy me a drink, so all is forgiven.
As many figured out this is a Towneplace Suites by Marriott, specifically the one in Eagle Pass, TX. Not a brand I visit often due to the lower points earning. Sometimes it's the only brand around, like in Eagle Pass or in Dodge City, KS so half points are better than none.
I'll be ready to post another room photo on Monday.
