Stayed in 1 hotel in late May & another in early June, reported missing stays but still not credited to my account - what's the next step I can take?

I’ve always phoned in my missing stays. Granted, phone service lately has been a mixed bag, but I’ve never had issues getting point credit when I call in the information. Also, I wouldn’t wait so long the next time it happens. Start the ball rolling if points haven’t credited within 2 weeks. Good luck
