I have been a Marriott "guy" for as long as I can remember (650 Lifetime Nights) and recently had an awful experience at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando. I have hotel manager and GM connections at different Marriott hotels across the country however, I want to take this complaint as high as I possibly can and I'd like to document it via email so that it's properly communicated.
Is there an escalation email or whom should I contact at Marriott corporate for this? I have dealt with the actual hotel enough and am so frustrated with the way they handled things that I have zero interest in communicating with them any longer. Any help would be appreciated with the process and whom to contact. Thanks so much!
