Good day, I am asking if anyone has a corporate email address that I could escalate an accessibility related issue to? Thank you kindly.
This is probably a mission for our team of communitymanagers. They will be able to connect you to the right department.
duceno1 if unable to resolve through our community managers and the "get help" tab at the top of this website, you can try using the following information for assistance. As a last resort when everything has failed, you could file a complaint with the BBB or ADA.Gov. Best of luck! Cheers!

We are sorry to hear of any frustrating situation and are here to assist. Can you please submit a Customer Support Request but going the "Get Help" tab and then selecting "Customer Support"? Once you fill this out with all the necessary information we can reach out to our team on your behalf. We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you kindly for your responses. I have submitted a request.
Hi, I thought I would provide an update...a positive one! I ended up contacting Mr. Sorenson by email to voice my concerns. While I did not get a direct response, I did receive a follow up email from Paris C-E, stating that would kindly make accommodations for my lift. I was quite thankful. I had initially put my travel plans on hold due to my initial frustration, and because of the positive response, decided to resume my travel plans. I also contacted St. Ermins, and they too offered to make the necessary accommodations. So with that said, I am all booked. I'm thankful this had a positive outcome, and I thank those that provided feedback for your assistance!
Thank you for sharing your response. It is good to know, either way, how things worked out for you.
