so far no real complaints about MR and hotel inquiries as Platinum member (and frequent traveller), but recently , i have missing stay and wrong calculated nights on my last months trips (Belgium) and
-message to marriott online account: no feedback
-hotel email: no feedback
-missing stay (after 10days): no feedback
So, too busy everywhere (holiday is nearby but still...) or is the big merge the blocking thing ?
