Awful experience at SpringHill Suites in Harrisburg PA

Anyone have the email to the Director of Marriott's on the East Coast?  I have sent emails to Arne Sorenson and the Elite team and no one is responding about my incident that occurred on June 9. Long story short...booked a weekend for a lacrosse tournament and informed hotel we would not be arriving Friday evening but still aware we had to pay (per contract 2 night minimum). When my husband arrived Saturday around 2 pm our room was given to another guest. Not only did my daughter not have the room I booked in Feb. they still charged us and made my husband leave and get a room at another hotel. My husband was humiliated in front of my child and other guests and Marriott charged 2 guests for the same room. I'm so upset with Marriott and that they would allow for something like this to occur.
