I can't get no, satisfaction

Last month I stayed at the Amsterdam Renaissance and only one of the four paid nights posted to my Rewards account. I initially faxed the folio to Salt Lake City and after no response from that I emailed the folio and after no response from that I called. I spoke to a nice woman who was able to call up the stay on her screen and said that she would take care of it. That was ten days ago and the visit is still not showing up. Where do I go from here?


In a perfect world I would have at least received an acknowledgment from one of the three approaches I took, but I guess we don't live in a perfect world.
