Has anyone had this problem recently? I've stayed at three Marriott properties recently, (Marriott, JW Marriott, & Ritz Carlton) and after all three stays and after 10 to 15 days my qualifying points stays were not recorded. I have had to upload my my receipts and call guest services to have them recorded. Just trying to find out if anyone else has had to deal with this frustration lately. I've had no problem with SPG points showing up. I'll be staying at another Marriott in NYC later this week so we'll see if it happens again.
