How can I escalate my complaints on many things to the next level? I have asked Marriott for my missing stays, missing reward points, and two different payments on my one stay via the Web and the phone call. It's been more than 2 weeks since I opened this issue but nobody has updated me on that. I feel so very uncomfortable and it makes me feel leaving Marriott. I've stayed at 3 different Marriott hotels in May and also got 10 days reservation in June. I'm not sure if I made it correctly for my trip with Marriott. Please let me know how to escalate my complaints to the management level.
