Marriott Reward Points Notifications

I am not able to view my balance reward points after sign-in through my account.  I was having  653,391 reward points.

While sign-in to the account, I am getting the message that it has been expired but i have not received any notifications/ warnings/reminders on the same. If there is any notifications/ intimations regarding the expiration that i could have certainly done something on this. There was a time when everything was alright & i have used your services for continuously 2 years approx.


I hope you can understand my concern as it is not easy to earn these many points.
