Hello I submitted a complaint via FAX on April 11th at 1:38am to the Marriott customer care and never received a response. I have been a premier member of Marriott and Starwood for many years. Although my road warrior days are over, I have been loyal to this brand and I feel since Marriott's lack of response to my complaint as an affront to all the years of business I have provided to this organization. Please let me know what I can do to get someone to respond, review and reply to my complaint. Thank you in advance.
