pfeiffe, there are only two ways to get this update:
1. Call in and ask a representative (expect 20-30 minute hold times these days during this time of transition)
2. Review your own records (you know when you started) and, hopefully, you can see your activity in your account. If you know you are missing a stay, that’s another story altogether.... see option 1.
Note: Nowhere on the app or on the webpage do they track status challenge progress. Legions of people would love that, but they leave it up to us to monitor our own progress. They are, however, quite good at rewarding the appropriate status within a day or so once you’ve cleared the requisite number of stays.
