Platinum Desk - 45 minutes on hold and counting in the middle of the day to follow-up on an unposted reward at a Category 9 resort and book a new trip. Marriott recently sent me a congratulatory email for 30 years as a Rewards Member. In 30 years, I have never experienced this level of poor response from Marriott.
I have Hilton Diamond Status too but Marriott is always my go-to. Come on Marriott. We've been partners for 30 years.
