I have received emails related to various reservations offering an upgrade, this one for a Courtyard, but when I click the button, I get a timeout error. I've tried various browsers and have all cookies enabled. Any advice?
Same issue here. Understand that Marriott IT, or maybe marketing in this case, doesn't test before they launch. If they did you would rarely see these consistent problems.
I've never bothered trying to use the upgrade button as I have found it is always best to ask in person with a smile. Clicking is very impersonal but the personal touch seems to work very well.
