Need Help on Billing Issue--No response from property

How can I get someone at Marriott to refund me almost $100 in over billed charges? I had a pre-paid rate, arrived at the property to be told we'd been upgraded because they no longer had our room type and was then charged for the upgraded room!


Also, when we got to our room, there was ***** in the toilet, towels on the floor, and a used bed. When I asked to switch rooms, they promised to send housekeeping in an hour. Never came, when I went back to the front desk was told they'd all left early "for some reason." Given cleaning supplied to clean my own hotel bathroom!


In the morning, the cream was curdled at breakfast and no one was around to even check us out! 


I have called and emailed multiple times and am told this can only be handled by the GM. But, no one knows where he is or when he will be in. One persons said, "Sorry but we haven't seen him all week, we have no idea what's going on."


Please DM me ASAP. Worst hotel experience ever.
