Does anybody else have an issue with printing Marriott reservations? They print with the pictures and text all over each other so I cannot read the details. Very frustrating and wondering if anybody knows how to correct this problem?
Can you try clicking on the Print button on the reservation (as shown in the screenshot below)? It pops up with a clean printout without all the fun graphics. it support
As long as I have my phone with me I can pull up all the details of my reservations either through the Marriott app or through my email.
I prefer to have a printed copy with me when I travel. It's unarguable if proof is necessary. The website and app can change at a moment's notice, and the email copy doesn't include all details.
I agree, it's a mess. Whenever I try to print a reservation I get 3 copies of page 1 in very large lettering, and no copies of subsequent pages. It's unreadable. It started sometime earlier this year, I noticed it when I made some reservations in March and April. It used to be you could print a very nicely formatted copy of your complete reservation. Not anymore.
I also tried emailing the reservation to myself but the email version doesn't include all the details.
I called Marriott and later submitted a service request (a couple of weeks ago). Haven't seen it fixed yet.
(And that's not the only thing that isn't working correctly. In the past 4 or 5 reservations I've made online my room and bed preferences have not been applied. Attempting to change the reservation online didn't work and in at least one case there wasn't even any way to add my preferences after the fact. I had to call Marriott to get the preferences/guarantees added to the reservation. )
