I travel with a couple. The wife is immobile and confined to a wheelchair. When I called to check on the accessible room I booked in Asheville, NC was told the only room available had a king bed, which is not possible for us. Amanda, without beng asked, placed us in a nearby Marriott hotel and sent me a message with the information.
