Dedicated Platinum line - Where did you go?

As a Lifetime Platinum and MCV owner, I am beyond frustrated when trying to reach a human being to assist - wait times of over 15 minutes and no longer linking phone number to Marriott Rewards number so the agent immediately knows who I am and my reservations. Awful!!
