What happened to the Lifetime points? Anyone else having issues? I am seeing 0 points on the app and I cannot bring up the points on the website. The nights are still tracking but the points have disappeared.
No worries. Points are still in the system. Marriott is working on fixing the problem. There is a work around that seems to be working for some that you might try.
If you go to the Marriott.Com website, rather than clicking on your account activity, instead go to the "Menu" link at the top left corner. Click on the drop down to display Marriott Rewards in the drop down menu. Click on the Marriott Rewards Overview link. You will then need to Sign In a second time to your account. Once you've done that, click on the "Nights" link and a small pop-up window will display your points total for Lifetime Status.
You may need to "allow pop-ups" from Marriott.com, but this should do the trick. It is a few more steps involved but unfortunately the regular account activity screen just doesn't work and Marriott knows about that and is trying to fix it. Cheers!
Thank you! I just discover this morning that 5+ million points were not showing up. I definetly took a screen shot of this display shownig my points are still there.
