LTS Confirmation?

Hi All -


For those who have hit Lifetime Silver -- have you received any confirmation? Per the one URL we log into to see our points - it claims I have 1.2 million lifetime points. It also does say "Lifetime Silver Status" -- but on my login, it still says my points expire in two years. From what I read, lifetime status means points don't expire.


SO - from the website showing my points still expire, no email or mailer confirming, and a lacking response from a DM to the communitymanagers:
