My birthday rolled around again (Apr 26), and even though my birthday was listed on my account, and I was signed in for all communications, I haven't received the elite night credit email (or the credit itself). I submitted an online ticket, and after not getting an answer for a week and a half, I called the Marriott Rewards help desk. There I was informed by the supervisor that this promotion has been discontinued, and Marriott is no longer providing an elite night bonus for member's birthdays. Is that correct? I haven't received any emails to that effect, but maybe it was footnoted somewhere in the recent changes that were made to the program.
