I learned something new by talking to the hotel manager at the Hilton Doubletree where I am staying - - (I presume Marriott has the same capability): he can run a report any night of the week that will spit out an upcoming reservations guest list of the uber-stayers sorted in descending order by the number of paid nights and dollar spend on a rolling-year basis. The report can be ran for just the upcoming night or for the upcoming week to help plan upgrades, room accommodations, and any "welcome gifts" where appropriate.


He transferred to this hotel from another Hilton property about two months ago and thought he would share this with me since he noticed that my name has been on the top of the list since he arrived.
