I now have two missing stay requests that are now 26 days old and 18 days old. I need to submit another one today. Has the crappy phone customer service now found its way to the missing stay requests? They used to take 5-10 days at most. It's bad enough the Philadelphia Airport Renaissance only posts my points credits about 50% of the time; now I can't even rely on the missing stay requests being processed in a timely fashion. Thanks to the community managers, they fixed 3 mistakes from last month. Do I have to ask the community managers for all my customer service requests now? At least we can depend on the community managers to be responsive and timely in their assistance.
Not the best way to treat their Platinum Elite Members. Come on Marriott.....get your act together!
