What is your preferred support method?

I am still playing the newbie card.  Being still relatively new to Marriott, I am curious what the group does for support for things like missing points and stays.  Do you use Twitter (assuming that is an option), have a support email (there is a Diamond email I used with Hilton), the support function on this board (didnt do much for me), link on the Marriott site, call or other?


Really like to know what the options are and what people find as the most effective method and why.  I am amazed at the need I have had so far at needing to request points and stays credit in my relatively brief experience with Marriott.
