I have had difficulty with having someone address an issue whereby my hotel room, which was paid for in advance, was allegedly cancelled on me. After traveling 7 hours, not only did we not have the room we reserved, the hotel was overbooked and my credit card charged in full. I've tried to address it with the hotel in question, a regional office in Omaha AND corporate headquarters. NO ONE is getting back to me. Where do I go for here? I am a long time rewards member have NEVER been treated so poorly.......help!
