I wanted to reach out to the experts to find out how to get a billing issue resolved. I made a reservation at the Fairfield inn chesterfield for 2 nights and wanted to use a fall bonus certificate for one night and pay for the second night. I didn't realize they deducted points for both nights and didn't charge me for the second night. I've called the hotel directly 4 times and then was told to call Marriott Customer Care. I did that 4 times and then have sent 2 separate emails. This has been going on for over a month and i still don't have my points reinstated nor have been charged for the second night. Any recommendations on how to get this resolved? I'd like my points back so I can book my next vacation. Thanks!
