@communitymanagers When calculating the $20,000 does that include money spent on properties, such as bar, restraunt, and spa services? Im assuming no taxes or resort fees will be included?

Thanks for your question. This refers to $20,000 USD in eligible revenue earned per US Dollar on all qualifying charges during hotel stays within the calendar year.
Hi. what will be Qualifying " charges? Also, will there be a running total on our account so we know where we are at any given time on the "spend"?
Great question, we are looking in to it and will be in touch as soon as we are able!
communitymanagers also can you please find out if marriott card purchases count towards the $20,000 also?
Don't count on it.
But, for us Marriotteers, the good news is that a lot more properties will have various fees now as "eligible fees".
Let's say a Courtyard: in the past only room rates were eligible for points. It looks like we'll now earn points on our meals and parking too. So, assuming that these incidentals will now also count for the ambassador level expenditure.
Do you have any updates? I was told on the phone by a Marriott CSR that the spend on a MR credit card counts. count, but I don't believe that. Also, Do rooms booked as a group count? I spent $6K on rooms for a block, but I show less than that for my total annual spend. How, if at all, can we request a review of the amount that is shown to us?
Any updates from @ communitymanagers on this?
