When my wife came back to her room, the room door was open the all food in fridge was gone and her glasses was missing.. she contact the receptionist he didnt interact with respect with my wife and he asked her tell my what the item was in fridge and I will buy u the same ... and he doesnt care if the glasses is missing ... I contacted the customer care but they dont take any action they said wait tell tomorrow and will ask the house keeper and nothing again... really was expect better service .. disappointed.
