Has anyone else experienced problems with the forced password change and failed 2nd factor authentication?
I called the help line, 5 mins hold, 2 mins of associate and 8 of hold, hunger!
Second call, 5 mins hold, associate send password reset email, which worked on phone, and not on desktop.. resent reset email, finally got on.. and tried to change password.. no worky.
Seems the system says they have no way to contact me for a 2nd factor (they do have my contact info which hasn't changed in the profile). Seems like some additional testing is required before letting this upgrade out into the wild...
Any one else having issues with the forced password changes?
