I have been unable to use the Marriott app on my Samsung S8 for over two months now. The US website does not show my upcoming reservations other than the three from the drop down menu and the app calls up this error message. I am assuming there are issues with my profile but calls to Customer Service have resulted in no change.
The Marriott app and website has not shown my upcoming reservations for months now. I have made numerous calls to Customer Service and recently to Internet support (800-932-2198) who a couple of days ago, forwarded a ticket to the IT team.
This is the error message I get on the app. I cannot check in or otherwise use it other than to see what the front intro screen looks like and to check my account settings.
Does anyone else have this issue and has there been a resolution? I've got a lot of upcoming travel coming up and I'd like to be able to use the benefits of being a Marriott Insider.
