Hi, reading on several forums the issue that people can not register, so i also have the same issue on mobile ios and xplorer.
What is the solution ?
Obviously you have two options: call in, or email in, to customer service.
Based on the tremendous amount of threads created recently about the horrible wait on the CS phone line, I tried emailing in my request, but after 2-3 days I have yet to hear back or see my account updated with registration for the new megabonus.
So, YMMV and give either one a shot. So far, no luck for me.
