First of all, make sure that you booked these nights directly through Marriott and not through a third-party booking service (if you booked through the latter, you're not eligible for points and elite night credits).
If you do think that your stays should be eligible for points and elite night credits as per the Marriott Rewards Terms & Conditions and you have at least given the property 10 days since your check-out date, then you can fill out the Missing Stay form.
Or make sure you have exactly the same information as requested in the form and mail it to email@example.com
