Has anyone else recently had problems talking with a human being when calling the customer service number?  I held on for 45 minutes yesterday, 30 minutes today and nobody ever comes on.  Several weeks ago I paid cash for a week stay at the Zurich Marriott and used points for another room at the same hotel.  I got no credit for the room that I paid cash for and no response from Marriott via email.  I wonder if this is a sign of things to come. I'm also surprised there isn't a Platinum Member line either.  So much for being a faithful customer.  #disappointed #poorcustomerservice #isitworthitanymore
