About four years ago I asked a Marriott desk attendant if my rewards would expire, and she told me "no". Now I want to plan a trip to Peru and stay at a Starwood hotel. After linking my SPG account with my Marriott rewards account, I see that my rewards expired last December. I reviewed my many many emails from Marriott, all but one were promotional emails. Only in one of those emails I received a message that the rewards policy had changed. I did not go to the depth of the content to understand that my rewards would expire. Can you help me? I was planning for an anniversary honeymoon with my wife in the Sacred Valley in Cuzco, Peru.
