i am needing assistance about about a terrible stay in Emeryville. After calling Marriott customer relations (and not getting follow-up) I finally get a call from the hotel manager. After speaking with him he refuses to resolve anything. I'm a gold elite member (on my way to platinum this year) and I'm ready to say good bye to Marriott forever because of this experience. Can you help me resolve this? I'm shocked Marriott corporate calls this customer service. ALL FREQUENT AND LOYAL HOTEL GUESTS BEWARE!! The staff is getting its direction and attitude from the top. Is there a district manager that is available? Thank you!
