I recently had a bad experience with customer service at the Courtyard in Tampa. After several weeks of back and forth, I finally received a financial reimbursement, however, Marriott customer service has been pretty bad and have taken the attitude of, you received your refund.
I'm looking for a way to escalate my complaint above this customer care rep. I recently switched over to Marriott after being at Hilton's top tier level for 4 years. The reason I switched to Marriott, is all the great things I've heard from co-workers. After almost 20 nights so far this year, I'm starting to regret my decision to switch over due to how complaints have been handled.
Please provide contact information so I can escalate this complaint. The resolution thus far is unacceptable for how I was treated.
