RewardsPlus technical difficulties (MileagePlus status upgrade)

I signed up at to have my United Milageplus account upgraded since I'm a platinum member with Marriott I should be able to achieve at least gold status with United.


However, after several weeks of waiting, my united benefits have yet to upgrade but when I go back to the website, I'm told I have already signed up and to wait 7-10 business days.


Any thoughts on how I can get this resolved?
