I have been unable to use the Marriott App since roughly New Years Day. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and actually installed it on a new device yesterday but still get the error. When I log into My reservations I get an error saying "This service is temporarily unavailable. But don't worry. We're on it. Please try again later". I have called their customer service number and they say that nothing is wrong.
The other stranger thing is that when I go online to my account and click on upcoming trips, it says "We're temporarily unable to display the information you requested".
I have seen several comments in the past about the app error and never found a solution. Anyone else have this issue and figured out how to fix it? Customer service has been useless.
