I am trying to redeem points for a Marriott gift e-card. However the site that the Marriott website directs you to exclusivelyours-shopping.com is not responding. Times out and tells me to check my firewall and proxy settings which I've done. Tried on my phone as well that doesn't work either. Who do I contact? I must need to call...or is this another glitch in the new Marriott website and the link is incorrect?
