Hi, Re:Gold & Platinum Elite Status Challenge Inquiry
Could I ask a question about my my Gold Membership? I found the titled thread has been locked so have to try here.
I have been a Gold Member until now I believe, and tomorrow I will travel to another Marriott hotel in Madrid, and just now I noticed in my App my membership became Silver! I don’t seem to receive any notifications on this change at all, and if so the left balance doesn’t look right either. And it’s sad to lose Gold Satus now otherwise I would have booked breakfast and WIFI in the package for tomorrow!!
Who should I contact over weekend on this query to help me with this issue? UK phone number is closed for now.
