Since you've not indicated what type of complaint you have I would first try to work it out with the property where you stayed, then elevate after that to Customer Support and complete the online Help/Support Form. If that fails, then try calling Customer Support directly or seek communitymanagers assistance. It is always best to start at the property first. Hope this helps. Cheers!
