We usually plan our vacation every year around our dog - Samantha. Wherever we go, if she is allowed, we take her. Everyone that meets Samantha has commented that she is more well behaved then most children. This year we drove 20 hours (one-way) to our vacation destination - just so we could bring our "dogger". With such a long drive, we stopped half way at a Marriott location to rest. I am always able to use reward nights or certificates to accommodate the room charge, but then there is an additional charge of $75-$125 for a Pet fee. Has Marriott ever considered adding an elite benefit to waive Pet fees?
