Could you please offer advice about how to escalate a complaint please. I have read online that questions regarding the rewards programme have to be directed to the rewards desk, which I have done. However, I’m not getting any joy from them and they’re effectively blaming the hotel. The hotel in question is the Marriott, Bexleyheath in London. I must stress that I had no issues at all during my ca 4 and a half month stay - Wim and his staff were great. However I am deeply disappointed in the service and level of response from the rewards programme.
