Your Choice! Twice now, both stays on points with paid nights, we have not received the 500 bonus points per night for declining housekeeping. The first, by posting door tag. At the second, it was noted on check-in (and accrued with tag on our door). At check-out, both hotels agreed that the points were due and would post. It's been 2 weeks for the second hotel stay with no bonus posting. Will need to call hotels to follow-up.
