Almost every week I am missing points for my Plat arrival gift or parking. I have to call Marriott Rewards and sit on hold for long periods to get this fixed. Can you please help me?

I've also experienced this as well. My guts - MR personnel wants to honor and make things right, but their technology and integrations with different IT systems across brands is challenging. We customers often slip through the cracks. In fact, when I attempt to fill in a missing stay form, upon submission, the error "There was an unexpected error submitting your request. Please send the Community Manager a direct message." keeps popping up. So that's another breakage in MR systems.

I often get the same message when submitting the form. The community managers make things right, but it shouldn't take a message to them to get things to work.
