I'm a lifetime Platinum member since the mid 1980s. I called in today for help and was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally was able to talk to a live person, I asked if there was a number for Elite members so as to avoid the 20 minute wait. She was extremely rude and I had to ask 3 times if there was such a number. She hung up on me!! Hung up on a lifetime Platinum!!! Is this what Marriott has sunk to? What a very sad commentary on a once wonderful hotel company.
