Missing Gold status bonus points from stay?

Hi all,


This is my first post so thank you all for your time. I am currently staying in in a Marriott and my reward points are added as a lump sum every month or so.


I believe that my points were added incorrectly due to my having technically earned gold status in the middle of a block. As you can see, I received zero elite points for my 11/01 - 01/01 time frame despite hitting Gold status (at least) during that timeframe.



Any advice is welcomed, communitymanagers.
