Missing Stays

I am having a terrible time with missing stays the last few months.  Typically, it is a stay where I have booked and paid for more than one room.   I've never had an issue before paying for a room I wasn't sleeping in, sometimes I am not even at the hotel and have booked through the app and gotten the credit.  Since September, it's a total of about 10 nights all together.  I've sent in the receipts in the missing stays link, but no response whatsoever.


What's the policy?
