This is why I am going to Hilton hotels. Their site is easy to use and I can find billing statements with a few clicks. Marriott has no such service and you have to call the hotel to have it emailed - Very backwards and old school. Hilton points are easy to earn and easy to use. And many of the hotels have free breakfast. As a Reward member at Hilton, they treat me well with many free stays even for friends and family, many upgrades and welcome packages.
Marriott is not worth the hassle for a frequent business traveler. Just for having to call to get a billing statement at every stay reeks of old company mindset.
