Hi everyone ! First of all, sorry for my poor english!
I´ve a lot of Problems with me Marriott rewards account ( platinum) !
1.) In the last year I spent 81 nights (including the rollover nights from 2016) to continue my Status as a platine member. Wondering that they don´t appear i contact the rewards Team and the told me, that six nights from 2017 are no roll overnights !!!
Has onyone the same Problem??
2.) I registered in january 2018 for the new Promotion "Mega Bonus". Now I can´t see the activation on my MR Account and no Points are added?
